REACH East Statement of Faith

We believe that the 66 books of the Holy Bible are the only inspired, infallible, authoritative Word of God.

We believe that the Bible as originally given is without error and constitutes the complete and final revelation of God's Word.

We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

We believe that man was originally created in the image of God, but through Adam sin entered the world. Because of sin man is separated from God and eternally lost.

We believe in the Deity and Virgin Birth of Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, who through His death on the Cross has atoned for the sins of the world.

We believe in the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ, which insures the resurrection of all believers who have personally received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells all who receive Jesus Christ and is responsible for the continuing work of sanctification in the believer.

We believe
in the spiritual unity of all who believe in Jesus Christ and that believers are called to be in the world but separate from it.

We believe that Christians are called to witness for Christ, to preach the message of salvation to all nations, and to study the Bible personally through the power of the indwelling Holy Spirit so that each one may be equipped to carry out God's purpose in his life.
